On the afternoon of May 13, the first episode of this year’s “Sanmen Lecture Hall” was held in the Great Hall of the County Administrative Center.
Liang Zhenghua, chairman of Zhejiang Kaihua Mould Co., Ltd., was invited to give a seminar to the leading cadres and outstanding entrepreneurs of Sanmen County. Based on the development history of his own enterprise, Mr. Liang shared with audience the company’s development concept, management model, core competitiveness, career blueprint and other aspects.
Mr. Liang is a senior economist, a master from Fudan University, and a management expert of China Die and Mould Industry Association. He has successively won honors such as “Taizhou Outstanding Entrepreneur” in 2020, “Zhejiang Minjian Person of the Year” in 2021, and “Zhejiang Business Innovation Person of the Year” in 2021. Founded by Liang Zhenghua, Zhejiang Kaihua Mould Co., Ltd., has won the honors of National High-tech Enterprise, National Specialized Special New “Little Giant” Enterprise, Zhejiang Hidden Champion Enterprise, Taizhou Municipal Government Quality Award Enterprise and so on.
In the class, Chairman Liang Zhenghua, with the title of “Believe in Dreams and the Power of Faith”, started with the history of personal entrepreneurship and corporate, introducing minutely the business philosophy with the key words of technology, quality, production, cost and operation. He displayed audience KMS lean management system, KMVE value engineering and other enterprise characteristic management methods, which provided a good reference and demonstration significance.
The atmosphere of the lecture hall was warm, and the participants said that today’s course was specific and vivid, thoughtful and unique, and has a strong guiding role in the cultivation of enterprises in the new era. By combining and integrating, they will make greater contributions to Sanmen’s construction of a modern Newport City.
