On June 15, 2022, the SAP project launch conference of Kaihua Group was successfully held at the Huangyan headquarters. Daniel Liang, chairman of Kaihua Group, together with the company’s middle and senior leaders and partners, witnessed the launching ceremony of Kaihua Group’s SAP system. The meeting reported and analyzed the project process, post-launch business requirements and project safeguard measures.
In 2021, Kaihua reached a strategic cooperation with the world’s top SAP system from the six modules, respectively, FI financial accounting, CO management accounting, MM material management, PP production management, PS project management, and SD sales management, customizing the characteristic Kaihua model to realize integration of finance and business.
Daniel Liang said that the cooperation with SAP was the result of Kaihua’s careful consideration. This year, Kaihua was matching the needs of group development, vigorously promoting digital management, and striving to build a digital future factory. He emphasized that SAP was the inevitable choice for Kaihua to occupy the commanding heights of digital industrial revolution. The implementation of SAP was only the initial stage of change. The characteristic Kaihua model composed of multiple digital management systems was committed to realize the organic integration of all links in the entire life cycle of the mold, achieve efficient and precise coordination of the supply chain, and truly achieve the goal of “high quality, high efficiency, and short cycle”.
The project has been implemented for nearly a year, and Kaihua team has truly experienced the great energy of cross-departmental team. We worked together to pull business processes, sort out business data, design business specifications, and build IT systems. The process was arduous, but the results were fruitful. The launch of the project is a milestone, a new leap and a new journey.
