Since founding Kaihua Moulds from the ground up in 2000, Daniel Liang has remained firmly committed to the real economy, guided by keen market insight and forward looking strategic vision. With automotive injection molds as its core business, Kaihua has progressively expanded into logistics systems, home and household appliances, and medical applications, establishing a global business footprint and growing into a benchmark enterprise within the industry.

Chairman Liang is a graduate of Zhejiang University and holds an MBA from Fudan University. As a Senior Economist, he upholds a philosophy of lifelong learning, maintaining daily reading and continuous management studies to broaden strategic perspective and leadership capacity.
While dedicating over 25 years to the mold manufacturing sector, he has also actively undertaken social responsibilities. He serves as a Management Expert of the China Die and Mould Industry Association, Deputy Director of its Digitalization and Informatization Committee, a member of the Taizhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, and an Industry Professor in Taizhou, contributing consistently to industrial upgrading and social development.
Under his leadership, Kaihua Moulds has grown into a National Manufacturing Single Champion enterprise, a National High and New Technology Enterprise, and a National Specialized and Sophisticated Little Giant Key Enterprise. The company has also been recognized as a National Green Factory and a Key Backbone Enterprise for Large Scale Injection Molds in China, firmly maintaining a leading position in the large injection mold sector with its scale and capabilities ranking among the global forefront.

Chairman Liang has always regarded technological innovation as the primary engine of enterprise development. Kaihua has established a high level R and D system structured as Two Institutes Five Centers and Two Bases, including the Provincial Enterprise Research Institute for Intelligent Manufacturing Molds and the Taizhou Branch of the National Engineering Research Center for Computer Aided Engineering of Rubber and Plastic Molds. The company has also taken a leading role in the formulation of multiple national and industry standards.
Under his guidance, Kaihua successfully achieved a major breakthrough in integrated microcellular foaming injection molding technology for large scale high precision and complex automotive injection molds, resolving long standing critical technical bottlenecks and realizing effective import substitution. Related projects were included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Industrial Foundation Strengthening Program and received honors such as the Zhejiang First Set Equipment designation and the Second Prize of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award for Technological Progress.
