Workplace safety is the lifeline of enterprise development and the cornerstone of every employee’s well-being. Amidst sweltering heat during Great Heat, Zhejiang Kaihua Mould Co., Ltd. organized a “Safety Production Prevention” training session on the afternoon of July 21 to ensure safety during high-temperature months
The training, covering Kaihua’s safety management system, safety protocols, accident prevention, and emergency response, integrated theoretical lectures, case studies, and interactive Q&A. It aimed to strengthen employees’ safety awareness in injection mold and mould production standardize operations, and foster a culture where “everyone prioritizes safety in all tasks,” building a solid safety barrier for high-quality development.
The training kicked off with a presentation on Kaihua’s safety management structure, which forms an all-encompassing network from the company-level safety committee down to workshop safety officers—ensuring “horizontal coverage and vertical penetration.” Responsibilities of managers at all levels were clarified to guarantee safety duties reach every post and employee, critical for injection mold and mould production safety.
Safety is no slogan but a mandatory code. The session emphasized interpreting Kaihua’s safety management systems and operational norms, reinforcing standardized work requirements. It stressed that “violations equal accidents, and hidden dangers mean risks”—any breach of safety rules will face severe penalties to ensure uncompromising enforcement, aligning with rising searches for “manufacturing safety compliance” in industry trends.
The training broke down ten key safety prohibitions, including bans on operating unfamiliar machinery/tools or those not assigned to one’s post, and on unauthorized removal/movement of safety devices or labels—critical for injection mold and mould workshop safety. These rules, forged from painful lessons, are ironclad and must be strictly followed.
Next, the “Four No-Harms” principle was explained: making safety a team consensus. This includes not harming oneself (standardized operations, proper protection); not harming others (following protocols to avoid errors); not being harmed by others (staying alert to risks); and protecting others from harm (mutual support to build safety lines). The principle emphasizes teamwork, urging employees to take responsibility for both personal and colleagues’ safety, forming a “safety community.”
To deepen safety awareness, the training closed with overhead crane protocols and case studies. A high-risk task in workshops, crane operations were detailed for Kaihua—pre-lift checks, signal rules, emergency steps—ensuring “stable, accurate, safe” handling in mould and injection mold production.
Reviewing accident images, Kaihua analyzed causes and lessons. Real cases emphasized that negligence risks disaster; strict protocol adherence prevents repeats.
Safety fuels development, training secures safety. Attendees engaged actively, with future sessions covering all staff. Employees grasped safety’s importance, vowing to act on learnings, follow norms, and build a secure workshop.
Safety is a never-ending journey. Kaihua will uphold “safety first,” refine systems, and foster a safe workplace. With higher standards and stricter measures, it will guard every production safety line for sustainable growth.
