On the afternoon of January 24th, Kaihua Mould’s 13th Reading & Growth Session was held at its Huangyan headquarters. Focusing on the book “Successful Project Management”, Chairman Daniel Liang led all middle and senior managers in an in-depth study. Using books as a bridge for ideas and critical thinking as a guide, the session linked theoretical learning closely with strategic implementation, exploring the essence of project management and practical delivery strategies.
Adopting a group discussion format, the session progressed through six sequential stages: selecting group leaders, in-group sharing, note checks, solution co-creation, representative presentations, and leadership scoring. This structure integrated book theories with Kaihua’s real business scenarios. Each group discussed cutting-edge cases and core content, analyzed management key points throughout the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure), clarified roles of project managers and teams, and focused on efficient organization and communication in complex projects, yielding targeted outcomes.
When formulating team improvement plans, managers rooted proposals in Kaihua’s business realities, converting project management methods from the book into actionable technical solutions. This achieved an effective shift from “knowledge input” to “capacity output”, alongside an upgrade in management thinking. After comprehensive evaluation, Group 6 won the “Champion Team” title for its solid results, profound insights, and highly practical plans. Daniel Liang awarded the team a pennant, urging them to apply what they learned to daily management and empower business with theory.
Shortly after the reading session, a review meeting kicked off, themed “Further Implementing the Spirit of Daniel Liang Speech at the 2025 Year-End Summary Meeting”. Through reflection, process sorting, experience sharing and consensus-building, it laid a solid foundation and clarified directions for 2026 work.
At the meeting, department heads developed specific implementation plans based on Daniel Liang speech and their business realities, and conducted in-depth planning around Kaihua’s six core 2026 work themes. Factory heads elaborated on implementation plans, improvement strategies and action paths from six strategic dimensions: “ROE Budget Management, Digital AI+ Transformation, Key Customer Management, Innovative Culture Construction, Global Layout, and Core Talent Development”. They defined responsible parties and supervision mechanisms to ensure traceable and actionable strategic deployment.
Daniel Liang listened carefully to each report, raised targeted questions, made detailed comments, and engaged in in-depth discussions to guide plan optimization. He emphasized that excellent strategies rely on ultimate execution—each plan must have a clear path, measurable milestones, and traceable responsibilities, ensuring effective strategy delivery through closed-loop management.
In the final review evaluation, the “Zhejiang kaihua Team” won the “Review Benchmark Team” award for its comprehensive strategic planning, clear action paths, and thoughtful, calm responses. Its sharing well aligned strategy with tactics, serving as a valuable reference for all business units. This honor affirms their current achievements and expresses expectations for future execution.
The reading session honed management thinking and methods; the review meeting strengthened strategic resolve and execution. From in-depth learning of “Successful Project Management” to 2026 strategic planning, Kaihua’s management team demonstrated strong ability to turn knowledge into practice and strategy into action. Books nurture wisdom, reviews refine skills, and honors boost motivation.
In 2026, Kaihua Mould will remain strategically oriented, with project management as the key driver, talent as the foundation, and innovation as the engine. It will advance the six core strategies and write a new chapter of high-quality development in the global mould market.
We keep moving forward and never stop learning. United as one, we forge ahead with determination—Kaihua people are always on the path of progress.
