As midsummer fades and early autumn arrives, September brings a season filled with both harvest and hope. This year, Kaihua Mould—recognized worldwide for its expertise in the R&D and manufacturing of injection moulds across automotive, logistics, and home appliance industries—welcomed a group of vibrant new employees.
To help them quickly integrate into the Kaihua family, experience our corporate culture, and build essential professional skills, we launched a week-long training program under the theme: “Learning · Inheritance · Growth.”
It wasn’t just a training—it was a journey of youth and ambition. At Kaihua, we believe that only through learning can dreams take root; only through inheritance can our technical strength endure; and only through growth can the future truly blossom.
Kaihua Culture Training
The cultural program offered new colleagues a deep immersion into what makes Kaihua unique. From our corporate values and internal “Kaihua slang” to safety awareness and onboarding guidance, the training highlighted more than rules and systems—it revealed the heart of our company.
New employees discovered the craftsmanship spirit that drives us to refine every detail in injection moulds, the hummingbird spirit that symbolizes teamwork and perseverance, and the safety-first mindset that protects both people and innovation.

Job Skills Training
Our job skills program focused on practical learning, not theory. Sessions covered everything from sales communication and customer engagement to mould design and project management. Every course condensed years of expertise from senior professionals into actionable insights.
Rather than giving “standard answers,” the training inspired participants to think critically and develop problem-solving skills—equipping them to thrive in real-world situations. With this foundation, young employees can quickly transition from students to confident professionals in the global injection moulding industry.
Professional Knowledge Training
Employees also dove deep into industry expertise. Led by Kaihua’s senior technical experts, they explored the full production process—from designing complex logistics injection moulds to interpreting client standards and applying advanced quality control methods.
The courses combined theoretical frameworks with hands-on learning on the shop floor. By linking “what” with “why,” trainees built both knowledge and confidence—laying a solid base for long-term career
growth.
A Message from Mr.Liang: Passing Wisdom with Heart
Mr.Liang shared his career journey, recalling Kaihua’s growth from early beginnings to becoming a global leader in home appliance and automotive moulds. He encouraged new employees to dream boldly, pursue their ambitions with courage, and apply the lessons from training to their future work.
“You may make mistakes along the way,” he said, “but never lose the courage to move forward. You may feel uncertain, but never stop trying.” His words reflected not only a mentor’s care but also the essence of Kaihua’s hummingbird spirit—passed down from generation to generation.
Examination & Presentations
At the end of the week, employees took part in a written examination and personal presentations. They demonstrated their new knowledge—whether in automotive, logistics, or home appliance moulds—and reflected on their growth.
Company leaders served as reviewers, offering feedback on content, communication, and logical thinking. This exchange reflected Kaihua’s tradition of mentorship while showing the company’s dedication to supporting every employee’s journey.
A highlight was the two-way selection process, where each employee chose their preferred department and mentor. This personalized approach ensured everyone felt respected and valued while setting a strong foundation for career development.
Looking Ahead
While the training week has ended, the story of growth is just beginning. We saw confidence shine on young faces and the seeds of ambition take root in Kaihua’s fertile ground.
The undergraduate group found their mentors and teams, while the next group of technical trainees will soon participate in a formal mentorship ceremony. Different paths, same excitement—because Kaihua believes every individual is a unique light that deserves to be nurtured.
