On the afternoon of November 1, 2022, Mr. Shun, Deputy Director of the Technical Innovation Department of Zhejiang Economic and Information Office and other major leaders visited Kaihua Mould for investigation. Kaihua Mould CEO, Mr. Danile Liang warmly received.
In the exhibition, Mr. Danile, Kaihua Moulds CEO, introduced in detail the development of Kaihua, its core products and the construction of Kaihua KDMS (Kaihua digital management system). Subsequently, Mr. Shun and his entourage visited the automatic processing center, steel automation line, mold assembly workshop and intelligent unmanned workshop. Mr. Danile said that the Kaihua workshop uses the FANUC sycamore system to collect and analyze the processing efficiency and machine tool status of each machine tool in the workshop through the new generation information technology, and digitally empower the actual landing of the strategic goal of the enterprise.
Mr. Sun said that Kaihua company’s scale, strength and digital results are impressive, and he hopes that Kaihua company will continue to reinvent the production process and innovate the production mode through digital reform, and continue to adhere to the development of digital empowering enterprises, to demonstrate the transformation and upgrading of the traditional mold industry.
