Regarding student internships, 8 students from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology are currently interning in Kaihuas Production Management, Technical, Quality Control and Project Management Departments. Under the guidance of department mentors, they are actively learning job skills, applying theoretical knowledge from classrooms to practical work, and quickly adapting to the corporate environment and work rhythm. Some students can already independently complete basic tasks, demonstrating that this hands-on training model effectively helps students transition from theory to practice.
