With 26 years of service and 40 years of mould experience, technical director Yongcai Wang is a core founder of Kaihua’s technical system. He experienced the entire transformation of the mould industry from pure manual drawing and manual processing to automated and intelligent production. He is proficient in complex mould structures such as double-colour moulds and stack moulds. Relying on decades of empirical accumulation, he accurately judges and solves potential technical risks, providing solid technical guarantee for high-precision and short-cycle mould delivery.
Pengyin Li, head of the mould assembly team, has been rooted in the front line for 15 years. He focuses on ultra-precision mould assembly and commissioning, strictly controlling micron-level tolerances.
