On December 13, Zhejiang Kaihua Moulds Co., Ltd. officially launched the 2025 University Graduate Training Program. More than 30 new graduates from across China gathered at Kaihua to begin their professional journey.
The opening ceremony was attended by Vice General Manager Mr. Li, Dean Qiu of the Kaihua Industrial Academy, and Ms. Mao from the Human Resources Department. Company leaders welcomed the new employees and encouraged them to grow into skilled injection moulding engineers through practical training and exposure to real projects.
In his speech, Mr. Li shared his own career experience and emphasized the importance of learning and hands-on practice. He encouraged trainees to pay attention to advanced industry areas such as automotive plastic parts injection, logistics injection moulds, and furniture and home appliance plastic moulds. He noted that this training program would equip participants with essential skills from design to production, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.
Dean Qiu provided insights on transitioning from ’campus life’ to a professional career, offering three key suggestions: actively integrate into the team and understand business processes; embrace challenges to grow through practice; maintain enthusiasm and focus on teamwork.
Ms. Mao outlined the objectives and structure of the training program, emphasizing the importance of an ’open mind’ and career planning. He highlighted that trainees would gain hands-on experience in precision injection mould design and familiarize themselves with production workflows across automotive, logistics, and home appliance injection moulds.
During the ceremony, Ms.Yan from the International Sales Department shared her experiences and reflections on Kaihua's corporate culture, encouraging the new graduates to actively learn, practice, and build professional competence in plastic moulds projects.
After group photos, the training program officially commenced. Courses are led by company department heads and technical experts, covering injection mould design, precision mould development, and mass production solutions. Practical case studies are incorporated to help trainees build a complete skill set. Training rules and requirements are clearly defined to ensure effective learning.
The first day also included ice-breaking activities, allowing trainees to quickly develop team cohesion through interactive games. In a fun team competition, Group 6 won an afternoon tea prize, marking a joyful conclusion to the first day.
Looking ahead, Zhejiang Kaihua Moulds will continue to enhance its talent development system, supporting young engineers in injection moulds. The company aims to nurture professionals who will contribute to Kaihua's growth and the overall advancement of the injection moulding industry.
