Time has recorded the solutions finalized through cross border calls, the lights that remained on late into the night in our R and D center, and how intense internal pressure was transformed into outward strength.
As time carries us beyond 2025, the path we have taken stands as clear evidence of our journey through challenge and change.
In Mexico City, Kaihua craftsmen carried 30 kilogram automotive instrument panel injection samples through airport security by hand, overcoming language and procedural barriers and waiting more than ten hours to ensure a customer’s vehicle launch remained on schedule.
During a critical production phase of an environmentally friendly vehicle project in Ecuador, visa constraints threatened progress. Kaihua quickly mobilized talent from our overseas subsidiaries, with teams arriving on site within four hours to provide immediate support.
Facing extreme requirements for short lead time and cost efficiency on an automotive bumper project in Turkey, Kaihua senior design experts worked side by side with the customer for seven consecutive days under high temperatures. This effort earned full trust and led to the customer placing its first large scale mould order in China, commissioning ten moulds at once and marking a decisive step from initial cooperation to shared success.
When a Vietnamese automotive OEM encountered an urgent production line stoppage, Kaihua mould experts departed Pudong Airport at 1:30 a.m., proceeded directly to the site after landing in Hanoi, and restored production within six hours.
To support a domestic new energy OEM’s overseas localization program, Kaihua undertook twelve bumper moulds simultaneously. Through coordinated collaboration across multiple manufacturing bases, T1 sampling was completed in seventy days and full delivery in one hundred days, ensuring the overseas plant began production as planned.
Confronted with an extremely tight launch schedule for a Geely model update, Kaihua teams worked continuously for sixty two days and nights, setting a new benchmark for short cycle mould delivery and turning challenge into achievement.
To address a delivery bottleneck for new energy vehicle onboard refrigerator components, Kaihua compressed the entire process from design to delivery into twenty four days, securing a critical time advantage for the customer.
When faced with the industry level complexity of high gloss dual color automotive parts, Kaihua technical and project teams worked intensively on the shop floor for seven days and nights, delivering high quality samples with precision and stability.
