To deepen cooperation between universities and enterprises and promote integration of education with industry, the Talent Office of the CPC Taizhou Municipal Committee and the Taizhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly hosted the “Hundred Universities Visit Taizhou & Tour Leading Enterprises” initiative.
On the morning of August 7, the opening ceremony brought together leaders and career development directors from more than 130 universities across 20 provinces in China. Through this government-led platform, participants engaged with leading local enterprises to discuss talent recruitment, workforce planning, and long-term cooperation opportunities.
In the afternoon, Zhejiang Kaihua Mould Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in China’s injection mould industry, warmly welcomed the visiting delegation.

Later in the day, Production Director Mr.Huang led university representatives on an in-depth tour of Kaihua’s manufacturing facilities. Inside the industry-leading “Kaihua Fully Automated Production Workshop,” visitors witnessed how advanced intelligent manufacturing systems showcase Kaihua’s technological innovation and its strong capabilities in injection mould production, from automotive bumper moulds to large-scale pallet mould manufacturing.
Mr. Huang provided detailed explanations of each production stage, highlighting unique process characteristics and technical challenges. He also exchanged insights with university experts on the future development trends of the mould industry. The delegation was deeply impressed by Kaihua’s smart manufacturing standards and innovative R&D capabilities, which also serve as a valuable reference for university talent training programs.
During the visit, leaders from Shaanxi University of Science and Technology had a cordial conversation with their students currently interning at Kaihua. The students shared how their professional skills had grown under expert mentorship, and university officials highly praised Kaihua’s internship model. Both sides agreed to further strengthen school–enterprise cooperation to cultivate highly skilled, application-oriented talent. Kaihua will continue to optimize its internship training programs, providing more universities and students with hands-on opportunities in the field of injection molds.
Following the event, both sides exchanged contact information, establishing an important platform for ongoing school–enterprise collaboration and laying the groundwork for Kaihua’s upcoming campus recruitment presentations at universities in Xi’an.
