On May 6th, Taizhou Private Economics School organized an “Entering Kaihua, Innovating, and Increasing Efficiency” study tour activity. 25 students gathered at Zhejiang Kaihua Moulds Co., Ltd. This was not only a warm reunion of classmates, but also an Important Talent Seminar.
Liang Zhenghua, the leader of the key entrepreneur training class of Taizhou Private Economics School and the chairman of Zhejiang Kaihua Moulds Co., Ltd., shared his experience with the students, using four keywords as an entry point to show the history of personal entrepreneurial struggle.
1. Dream
Starting from his personal experience, Daniel Liang talked about the germination, pursuit, and realization of the mold dream, and determined to make each industrial module the top few in the world list. Daniel Liang also mentioned running, which is an indispensable part of his daily life. He integrated the marathon spirit into the entrepreneurial spirit to achieve rhythm control at different stages.
2. Goal
Starting from the development history of Kaihua, Daniel Liang explained the clear goals of each stage, showed the achievements and honors obtained after each goal was achieved, and explained the necessary conditions for the achievement of Kaihua’s goals-talented team, the top equipment, high-quality partners, broad market.
3. Innovation
Daniel Liang paid attention to innovation and showed Kaihua’s innovations in four aspects: First, concept innovation, focusing on building the QTCS brand. The second is technological innovation. Research and development have mastered core technologies such as Mucell and stack mould, which not only realizes lightweight, but also greatly improve production efficiency. The third is management innovation, adopting KMS lean management system, setting up KMS’s nine major wastes, establishing KMVE value engineering, developing KDMS, and achieving automation and digitization. The fourth is the innovation of talent training, the establishment of Kaihua Mould Industrial College, and the co-organization of Kaihua classes with universities to provide technology for schools and talents for society.
4. Focus
To achieve the goal, the first is to focus, and the second is to repeat. Chairman Liang has always insisted on the mold industry and has been running on the road of chasing Kaihua’s dream, striving to be the leader of the world’s technology companies.
After Chairman Liang finished his wonderful sharing, the students talked about their experience after the meeting, shared their work stories, discussed the future planning direction of the enterprise, and solved the pain points and blockages in the development process of the enterprise.
Xu Zhongmei, deputy general manager of Taizhou Public Transportation Group Co., Ltd., praised Kaihua’s inspirational entrepreneurial story and believed that Kaihua has the advantages of solid management, excellent performance, and good vision. He praised Kaihua’s corporate core values and learned from Kaihua how to tap local advantages to develop industry-university-research research, hoping to join hands with outstanding private enterprises like Kaihua for a win-win situation.
Chairman Liang led the crowd to visit the exhibition hall and introduced Kaihua’s latest technological achievements such as Mucell instrument panels, stack moulded door panels, and medical nuclear magnetic cover parts. Conveys the concept of connecting with customers and winning the market. Everyone listened carefully and praised Kaihua’s products. Afterwards, everyone visited the workshop together. Daniel Liang introduced steel materials, graphite processing automation lines, and top-notch equipment, and showed a specific presentation of management innovation, such as KMS lean management and KMS nine waste rules. Everyone agrees with the reasonable layout of Kaihua’s workshop and admires Kaihua’s courage to invest in breaking technical barriers.
