Over sixty young, ambitious hearts – from Dalian Polytechnic University, Taizhou Vocational & Technical College, and others – set forth on a shared journey toward the future. On September 8, we gathered for a warm and enthusiastic orientation: “Your Future Begins with Kaihua.” From the very start, Kaihua Mould’s Dean Qiu of the Industry Academy addressed the new class, offering sincere blessings, urging responsibility, encouraging perseverance, and expressing warm expectations.

Soon after, a fun and interactive “Guess the Number” game kicked off:

Training Opens — The Future Looks Bright
The next morning, all freshers assembled in the training classroom. Dean Wang of the Intelligent Manufacturing & Mold Industry College at Dalian Polytechnic University and Dean Qiu spoke in turn, encouraging everyone to seize this opportunity and commit to solid learning.
Corporate culture, safety protocols, and Kaihua’s shared values were planted like seeds. Full of substance, the courses then expanded into specialized training. Over the coming days, students will unlock deep knowledge in mold design, injection molding technology, and hands-on skills across automotive, furniture & home appliance, logistics, and medical industries.
