Learning About Kaihua’s Growth
Deputy General Manager Mr. Lee introduced
the history of Kaihua, from CEO Mr. Daniel Liang’s early entrepreneurship to its growth into a national high-tech enterprise and leading mold manufacturer in China.
He also outlined Kaihua’s four major business areas: automotive molds, furniture & home appliance molds, logistics solutions, and medical injection molds.
Experiencing Smart Manufacturing
The group visited Kaihua’s fully automated, Lights-Out Smart Manufacturing Facility where advanced equipment and intelligent systems demonstrated the innovation driving the modern injection molding industry. Students gained a clear view of how molds are developed, applied, and delivered to global markets.
Two Kaihua alumni, Ms.Xu (Sales Manager, Logistics Division) and Mr.Feng (Regional Manager, Overseas Markets), shared their career paths. Starting as assistants, they advanced through persistence and continuous learning to become key team leaders. They answered students’ questions on career planning, promotion, and skill requirements, offering practical guidance for entering the industry.
Strengthening School–Enterprise Cooperation
Mr. Dean Hu of Yuexiu’s School of Digital Trade emphasized the integration of theory and practice, encouraging students to build strong foundations and embrace workplace opportunities.
This visit also reflects the broader cooperation between Kaihua and Yuexiu. In February, the two sides launched the Kaihua Business School, creating a new platform for talent development and ensuring smooth transitions from academic study to practical application in the mold industry.

The exchange deepened ties between education and industry while providing students with direct insight into automotive, home appliance, logistics, and medical mold manufacturing. Kaihua will continue to cultivate talent and shape the future of intelligent manufacturing.
