On the afternoon of December 2, 2023, Kaihua Mold’s seventh middle- and senior-level reading club officially kicked off. Daniel Liang led Kaihua’s middle-level and senior management to study the “Huawei Sales Law”, focusing on customer relationship management, quasi-direct sales model, and wolf nature. Discuss the success of To B sales in terms of sales team culture and other aspects, help improve sales strategy, market expansion, project operation, sales management and other aspects of capabilities, and open up a new business situation.

Hummingbird Team//Strict self-discipline

Before the reading meeting started, everyone voluntarily turned in their mobile phones and studied carefully. As Dean Qiu Ziyan opened the book, the members of the Hummingbird team checked each other’s reading notes. They were strict with themselves and were responsible for themselves and the team.

All personnel are divided into 6 groups according to the team. Pairs in the group share their thoughts after reading and discuss and learn together.

The book club sharing is divided into two rounds: in the first round, the group selects an outstanding person to represent the team on stage to share their experience.

Six Elements of Action

In the second round, members of each group held discussions within the group around the six elements of action: improvement items, improvement actions, completion time, responsible person, inspector, rewards and punishments, and produced posters to organize the six elements of action. Daniel Liang and Mr. Ma from Action Education provided guidance to each group.

The leader of each group came on stage to share ideas and work plans for making the Six Elements of Action poster, and made improvement measures to address deficiencies, put forward actual plans and implementation methods, stipulated completion time, responsible persons and inspectors, and then used rewards and punishments to motivate/supervise and restrain team members.

After the sharing session, by counting the scores of Daniel Liang and the members of each group, the fifth team won the first place in this book club with a high score of 169.2 points in two rounds. Daniel Liang awarded certificates of honor to the final winning team and took a group photo.
