As a leader in the mold industry, Kaihua has been adhering to the tradition of excellence and is committed to providing systematic onboarding training for new employees. Recently, Kaihua successfully held an induction training program for new employees, aiming to comprehensively introduce Kaihua’s core values, mission, and operating philosophy. This event not only enhanced the team cohesion of new employees but also laid a solid foundation for their future career development.

During the informative sessions, new employees got to interact with senior management and department representatives and gain insight into how the company operates. The enthusiastic opening speech by Tracy Kim, Regional Manager, highlighted the company’s high expectations for the growth of new employees.

To promote new colleagues’ understanding of Kaihua’s organizational structure, heads of various departments visited the site in person and shared their valuable experiences through speeches.

These presentations cover a variety of functions, responsibilities, and interdepartmental collaborations within the company, providing new colleagues with valuable insights that will help them better integrate into the company and work.

In addition, the interactive question-and-answer session of the training was particularly outstanding, encouraging new employees to actively ask questions, thus creating an open and inclusive communication environment.

Looking ahead, Kaihua will unswervingly continue to provide comprehensive training support for new employees. We know that providing new employees with the necessary training resources is an important guarantee to ensure that they can stand out and quickly integrate into the company’s work. We firmly believe that through continuous training and exercise, new employees will continue to grow and create more brilliant achievements for the company.

Special thanks to the experienced project manager and Regional manager for their hard work and professional guidance in creating a complete training plan tailored for newcomers. It is because of their efforts that new employees can integrate into the team more quickly, understand the corporate culture better, and thus develop greater potential in future work.
