On April 22, Kaihua Moulds Industrial College held its 2026 “Inheriting Craftsmanship, Forging Dreams” Mentorship Ceremony. A total of 46 mould manufacturing students from Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology established formal mentorship partnerships with 6 senior technical instructors from Kaihua Moulds. The event marks the upgraded iteration of the company’s standardized mentorship and practical training system, strengthening the talent foundation for sustainable high-quality development.
Superior product competence originates from a mature, stable talent development system. As a core competitive advantage of Kaihua, the long-standing “mentorship, guidance and support” training mechanism leverages senior front-line engineers, real intelligent manufacturing scenarios and standardized processes. Differentiated from traditional academic training, this practice-driven model enables steady technical accumulation, experience inheritance and talent iteration, ensuring consistent technical strength and reliable delivery quality for all projects.
Hosted by Dean Qiu of Kaihua Moulds Industrial College, the ceremony featured a documentary video showcasing the company’s decades-long dedication to technical and craftsmanship inheritance. Secretary Xu from the School of Mechanical and Mould Engineering, Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology, attended the event and spoke highly of Kaihua’s effective industry-education integration and practice-based talent cultivation strengths.
University and enterprise leaders presented appointment certificates and exclusive badges to Kaihua’s senior instructors. These officially certified instructors underpin Kaihua’s high-standard training, precision production and technical R&D, ensuring every new team member receives professional, systematic and front-line technical guidance.
The mentorship initiation was solemn and standardized. Students signed commitment documents, recited oaths and bowed respectfully to kick off their on-site training journey. Instructors presented internship armbands and exclusive onboarding gifts, building long-term, trustworthy mentorship partnerships centered on responsibility and craftsmanship inheritance.
After the ceremony, all mentors and students joined team-building activities and a communal dinner. Interactive games strengthened team cohesion and cultivated a pragmatic, collaborative training atmosphere, bringing warmth to technical inheritance and empowering students’ professional growth.
Kaihua adopts a closed-loop talent management system via exclusive student growth manuals to deliver quantifiable, traceable and precise training. Students record weekly training content, progress and improvement plans, while instructors conduct regular assessments and targeted guidance on skills, attitude and teamwork. Training solutions are dynamically adjusted for individual growth. This refined, personalized model greatly boosts training efficiency and cultivates professional talents tailored to high-end intelligent manufacturing demands.
Talent fuels corporate productivity, and craftsmanship underpins high-quality mould manufacturing. Through structured mentorship, on-site practice and closed-loop growth management, Kaihua strengthens its core competitiveness in independent talent development, proprietary technical accumulation and rigorous quality control.
Moving forward, Kaihua Moulds will further advance industry-education integration and craftsmanship inheritance, and optimize its talent echelon system.
