To be bigger, stronger, and long-term, an enterprise must have a clear strategic goal, from strategic design to value innovation, from business logic to management ability, from operation to profitability…Starting from the end, the purpose of business operation is to continuously realize The double growth of income and profit, profit is by no means a matter of one day. Therefore, how to focus on profit, thoroughly understand the operation, systematically improve sustainable growth, and efficiently improve enterprise management has become a problem that many business managers need to think about.
On July 1, 2023, Kaihua Mould’s sixth Book Sharing Tea Party began. Chairman Daniel Liang led Kaihua’s middle and senior management to study and discuss “Profit” and use the “diamond circle of operation” as a benchmark to learn to grasp the principles of enterprise operation Common rules, cultivate global business thinking, return to corporate development practices, continuously improve their core competitiveness, and achieve double growth in operating income and profits.
In order to ensure the authenticity of the readings of all members, this reading meeting specially added a link of checking the reading notes. Before the meeting, the members of the Hummingbird team were strictly required to be strict in Discipline yourself. Only by being self-disciplined enough and being responsible to ourselves can we be more responsible to the company and restrain ourselves so that we can better restrain our subordinates and manage the company well.
The book sharing will be divided into three rounds:
In the first round, the sharing members were selected by lottery, and everyone came to the stage to share their experiences and insights, and summarized and shared through the profit models of various small and medium-sized enterprises summarized in the book combined with Kaihua’s actual operating conditions.
In the second round, the members of each group were divided into two roles, A and B, to discuss “Profit” in the group, and finally one person was selected to summarize and share.
In the third round, Chairman Daniel designated personnel to share their experience.

After the sharing session, after counting the scores of Chairman Daniel Liang, Director Ma and members of each group, the sales team of the sixth group won the first place in this book club with a super high score of 1578 points. Mr. Liang awarded honorary certificates to the final winning team and took a group photo.
